ECHOES presented by Blank Slate Theatre

About this show

ECHOES – Same beginning. Different journeys. Three pairs of improvisers. One shared beginning. Each duo starts from exactly the same place. What happens next is completely improvised. As the scenes unfold, each pair discovers its own relationship and follows it wherever it leads — creating three different journeys from a single starting point. And the scenes don't simply take turns. All three remain onstage, moving in and out of focus. One world comes forward while the others recede, still present — like echoes. There is no predetermined story and no planned destination. Just six improvisers listening, responding and discovering what happens next. Pay what you want at the door. About Us: At Blank Slate, we don’t know where the scene is going. That’s the point. Everything is created in the moment—characters, relationships, stories, everything. We listen, respond, and follow what genuinely happens between people. Sometimes it’s funny. Sometimes it’s moving. Sometimes it gets wonderfully strange. We don’t know what we’ll find—and neither do you. No script. No destination. Just the discovery. That is Blank Slate Theatre. Join the journey.
