Voices Unheard

About this show

Voices Unheard SHOW DESCRIPTION: Voices Unheard: From the Margins to the Mic returns to Massachusetts for its seventh consecutive year, continuing its tradition of centering lived experience through story. The event features true narratives from adult storytellers who have submitted their work, sharing personal accounts of identity, origin, separation, and reunion. While participants come from a range of lived experiences—including adoption, foster care, donor conception, and unexpected family discoveries—the lineup reflects those who have chosen to step forward and share their stories this year. Together, these voices create a collective portrait of what it means to grow up without full access to one’s origins, and the ongoing search for connection, meaning, and belonging.
