Comedy w/Ricarlo Winston

About this show

Ricarlo Winston is a standout stand-up comedian and producer hailing from Muskegon, Michigan, with 12 years of performance experience anchoring the Midwest comedy circuit. A proud self-described "blerd" (Black nerd) with a quick wit and an inviting stage presence, Ricarlo crafts sharp observational humor and immersive narrative storytelling out of Midwest family dynamics, raising kids in the digital age, older parents, and the comedic chaos of life along coastal Michigan. Over his decade-plus on stage, Ricarlo has built a reputation for clean setups, crisp pivots, and an inclusive energy that fills prominent rooms across the region. He has performed at marquee venues including Laugh Factory Chicago, Ann Arbor Comedy Showcase, Mark Ridley’s Comedy Castle, and Dr. Grins Comedy Club. Ricarlo has shared the stage and opened for national headliners including Doug Stanhope, Brent Morin, Tim Meadows, Donnell Rawlings, TJ Miller, Tom Green, and Gary Owen. In addition to his touring work—highlighted by his 2026 self-released comedy special, Who's Gonna Feed The Squirrels?—Ricarlo is a vital community builder and event producer. He serves as the founder and lead organizer of the Laughter On The Lakeshore Comedy Festival in downtown Muskegon, bridging top regional and national comedy talent with audiences across Michigan.
